About the RoleThe Lead - Enterprise Data & Intelligence will work directly with the Founder to build the Group's enterprise-wide data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.This is far more than a traditional Business Intelligence role. It is an opportunity to build the intelligencebackbone of a rapidly growing enterprise by creating scalable data platforms, automating business processes,enabling real-time decision-making, and embedding Artificial Intelligence into everyday business operations.with responsibility for building a unified enterprise data and intelligence capability across multiple business verticals. The successful candidatewill combine deep technical expertise with strong business understanding, translating complex businesschallenges into scalable technology solutions across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement,Marketing, HR, and other enterprise functions.This is a highly hands-on leadership role. While the long-term mandate includes building a world-classEnterprise Data & Intelligence function, the individual must be equally comfortable writing SQL, designing dataarchitecture, building dashboards, developing automation solutions, and leveraging AI technologies wheneverrequired.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Data & Intelligence Leadership Build and lead the Group's Enterprise Data & Intelligence strategy across the company and future business initiatives Develop enterprise KPI frameworks and executive dashboards supporting strategic decision-making Build a scalable data ecosystem enabling reliable, real-time business intelligence Translate business challenges into technology-enabled analytical solutions Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data-driven decision-makingData Engineering & Platform Development Design scalable enterprise data architecture and centralized reporting frameworks Build and optimize enterprise databases using SQL and PostgreSQL Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and automated data integration processes Establish strong standards around data governance, quality, and consistency Improve reporting performance through efficient database design and data modelling Business Intelligence & Decision Support Build executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI platforms Develop leadership dashboards covering Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain,Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other enterprise KPIs Enable self-service analytics across business functions Deliver analytical insights that improve revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and decisionqualityAutomation & Artificial Intelligence Build automation solutions that eliminate repetitive reporting and business processes Integrate ERP and enterprise systems through APIs and scalable automation frameworks Develop AI-powered reporting assistants, enterprise search, internal copilots, and intelligent businessworkflows Explore and implement practical use cases leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and emerging AItechnologies Continuously identify opportunities to improve productivity and decision-making through automationand AIAdvanced Analytics Lead initiatives across forecasting, pricing, inventory optimization, demand planning, customeranalytics, and supply chain analytics Build predictive models that improve planning accuracy and business performance Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes Translate business problems into structured analytical solutionsBusiness Partnership & Team Leadership Partner directly with the Founder and Business Heads across the Group Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions Present insights in a clear, business-friendly manner Act as the bridge between business and technology teams Build and lead the Enterprise Data & Intelligence team Mentor analysts, engineers, and future technology professionalsThis Role Will Suit You If You enjoy building technology capabilities rather than maintaining existing systems You are equally comfortable writing production-quality code and engaging with senior business leaders You enjoy solving business problems through data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence You thrive in entrepreneurial environments where ownership and execution are equally important You are excited by the opportunity to build an Enterprise Data & Intelligence function from the groundupThis Role May Not Be the Right Fit If You prefer narrowly defined technical responsibilities You enjoy maintaining mature systems more than building new capabilities You are looking for a role focused only on reporting or dashboard development You are uncomfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve rapidly You prefer strategy-only roles without hands-on technical ownershipExperience & Practical Details 6 to 10 years of progressively increasing experience in Enterprise Data, Business Intelligence About the RoleThe
