RF Network Planner

Job Title: RF Network Planner – 5G / Next Gen Fixed Wireless Experience: 10+ Location: Denver, CO Job Summary We are looking for an experienced RF Network Planner with strong expertise in 5G Fixed Wireless (FWA) and Next Generation Fixed Wireless deployments. The candidate must have hands-on field testing experience, exposure to Tarana technology, and proficiency in RF planning tools such as Siradel Bloonet Planner, Atoll, or Planet. Key Responsibilities Perform RF design, coverage prediction, and capacity planning for 5G FWA networks. Conduct link budget analysis, frequency planning, and interference mitigation. Execute field testing, RF surveys, and drive test analysis (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, throughput). Optimize network performance based on field data. Work on Tarana-based fixed wireless deployments and performance validation. Generate RF planning reports and coverage maps using Siradel Bloonet, Atoll, or Planet. Required Skills Strong experience in 5G Fixed Wireless / Next Gen Fixed Wireless. Hands-on field testing and RF optimization experience. Proficiency in Siradel Bloonet Planner, Atoll, or Planet tools. Solid understanding of RF propagation, spectrum planning, and KPI analysis.
