About the role
- Configure and install various network devices (L2 & L3 switches, Access Points) and services (e.g. VOIP, Wifi & MDM etc.). 2. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations. 3. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. 4. Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning. 5. Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. 6. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. 7. Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company¿s security team. 8. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. 9. Document and present RCA in case of P1 & P2 incidents. 10. Draft and present CRs to CAB and executing changes. 11. Collaborating with other technology towers as and when required. 12. Should be proficient in Network Fundamentals, Clould Networking platforms and Network troubleshooting tools.
