About the role
- Ability to use a CI/CD pipeline to deploy applications on AWS (Azure ADO Pipeline a plus) 2. In depth knowledge of at least one high level programming language (NodeJS, Python, PowerShell Script, Linux Shell Scripting) 3. Understanding of core AWS services, uses, and basic AWS architecture best practices (at least one of the following AWS Certification: Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate, or DevOps Professional) 4. Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud based applications using AWS 5. Ability to identify and use key features of AWS services (VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Autoscaling) 6. Understanding of the AWS shared responsibility model 7. Strong Knowledge and understanding of Terraform 8. Strong understanding of AWS security practices 1. Ability to use the AWS service APIs, AWS CLI, and SDKs 2. Knowledge of writing and executing AWS serverless Architecture (AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.) 3. Networking and troubleshooting in AWS (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, VPC Logs) 4. Understanding of AWS IAM and IAM Policies 5. Experience in Cost Optimization in AWS 6. Deep knowledge in Linux Operating Systems 7. Agile Development methodology
