Sr. Designer-Visual Design

Principal Accountabilitiesï¿¿Visualize design concepts by taking inputs from the CX/UI wireframes, story board and interacting with the Instructional Designers and technical writersï¿¿Manage the design and delivery of rich graphics, illustrations, User Interface (UI) designs and animations as per specifications Ensure graphic design team creates high quality designs solutionsï¿¿Carry out regular reviews with the team to ensure development & delivery of design solutions in line with customer requirements within agreed timelines Manage development of subordinates ï¿¿Perform all activities related to maintaining a successful knowledge management including re usage, accuracy and efficiencyï¿¿Collaborate closely with CX to create user centered designs across channelsï¿¿Communicate your ideas in a variety of ways from hand drawn sketches & scamps, storyboards, pixel perfect visuals or prototypesï¿¿Create light weighed style guides and brand guidelines to supplement prototypes for our implementation partnersï¿¿Working with Project Managers to estimate and scope projectsï¿¿Mentoring and helping to develop more junior members of the design teamï¿¿Take ownership of projects from initial briefing to delivery with ability to work independently or as part of a team
