Sr. Engineer

Client : Navistar Salary :XXXXk & C2C XXXX/hr Location : Lisle Responsibilities: Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications that effectively communicate the design vision. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. Conduct user research and translate findings into innovative design solutions. Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions. Design and prototype interactive user interfaces using industry-standard tools. Ensure consistency in design language and user experience across different platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall design process. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of the design. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills. Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
