About the role
Analytics System Administrator Primary Duties: ¿ Liaison between IM Infrastructure for installation, maintenance, and operation for all servers/services related to the Analytics platform ¿ Responsible for maintaining and monitoring platform and end user licenses for supported products ¿ Work with Service Delivery Managers to monitor service level agreement compliance, as well as system requests and incidents ¿ Work with Platform Manager to plan and execute software upgrades for analytics products ¿ Perform audits and produce reports on analytics platform usage and performance ¿ Work with architects to analyze various solutions for analytics products ¿ Document processes and procedures for analytics administration ¿ Write knowledge articles for service desk Education ¿ Associate Degree or equivalent Experience ¿ At least 3 year¿s experience in Windows workstation and server operating systems at the OS level ¿ At least 3 years experience in office suites Google Workspace preferred ¿ At least 1 year experience with relational databases, SQL Server preferred ¿ At least 1 year experience supporting server and workstation analytics software such as Tableau ¿ Familiarity with IT networking principles Other Skills ¿ Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills ¿ Attention to detail ¿ Strong troubleshooting skills ¿ Experience with analytics development a plus ¿ Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish, German or French language skills are a plus
