Location: San Francisco Bay Area Rate: XXXX Job Title: SFDC Service Cloud Functional Consultant Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to analyze business requirements to design and implement effective solutions. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to Service Cloud implementations. - Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet client needs and enhance user experience. - Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Service Cloud implementations. - Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations for stakeholders and end-users. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. - Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance of Service Cloud implementations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are preferred. - Proven experience (10 + years) working with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. - Strong understanding of Service Cloud functionalities, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Service Console, and Omni-Channel. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform. - Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
