About the role
As a BI Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. Your role will involve closely collaborating with business teams to transform data into actionable insights that facilitate decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations utilizing Power BI or Tableau. - Establish connections with diverse data sources and execute data transformations. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective BI solutions. - Optimize and manage data models to ensure performance and scalability. - Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and offer valuable insights. - Uphold data accuracy and consistency across all reports. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau. - Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases. - Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience with Excel and other data tools would be advantageous. - Ability to communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
