About the role
As a UX/UI Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve focusing on enhancing user experience and interface design for digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for: - Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows. - Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback. - Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. - Ensuring consistency with design standards and brand guidelines. - Continuously improving designs based on user behavior and feedback. In order to excel in this role, you are required to have the following qualifications: - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices. - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. - A robust portfolio showcasing UX/UI work. - Valuable communication and collaboration skills. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
