As an Associate Dictionary Data Analyst at Comscore, you will be a part of the operations team, utilizing your deep technical knowledge of Comscore products to address client inquiries and issues. Working closely with the Director of Digital Media Intelligence team, you will establish strong relationships with internal clients, engineers, and product managers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis and verification to identify and report product issues to Analytics/engineering teams and internal data QC and products release. - Manage the company's proprietary classification systems (dictionary databases) for tracking Digital Media, providing comprehensive hierarchical definitions for competitive comparison analysis. - Actively participate in Data Quality and Data Release processes, focusing on research and data analysis in the India and APAC markets. - Work within dictionary databases to ensure accurate structures and timely handoffs. - Assist in developing and tracking database procedures, implementing new standards for production efficiency. - Support senior analysts with data resources for client deliverables, presentations, and reports. - Work on product development and enhancements to improve quality control. - Take ownership of client and company satisfaction, including training activities. Qualifications Required: - BS Degree in Business/MIS, Market Research, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. - Experience in the Internet environment is essential. - Proficiency in working with databases. - Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects. - Ability to create and manage project plans. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and self-direction skills. - Proficiency in written and verbal communication. - SQL experience is a plus. - Market Research industry experience is a plus.
