Key Accountabilities Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using Flowable or Camunda Develop and maintain BPMN process models, forms, and decision tables Implement custom Java service tasks, event listeners, and process delegates Build workflowdriven microservices using Java and Spring Boot Configure BPMN workflows for order lifecycle, including validation, decomposition, and orchestration Support integration of BPM workflows with CRM, product catalog, and provisioning systems Develop and maintain REST APIs to interact with BPM processes Work with middleware and message brokers such as Kafka for eventdriven processing Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance and fallout scenarios Maintain documentation for workflows, APIs, integrations, and process configurations Mandatory Skills Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (Microservices architecture) 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot with integration of any BPMN-based workflow engine (Flowable, Camunda, Activiti, jBPM, or equivalent); exposure to Order Management processes is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of BPMN, workflow configuration, and process modeling Experience in building and integrating REST APIs and backend services Understanding of telecom order lifecycle, workflow execution, and BSS ecosystem Desirable Skills Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD practices Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Strong communication, teamwork, and problemsolving abilities
