Systems Manager - Data Operations, Enterprise Data & Analytics

Required Education/Experience Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or technology-centric field and a minimum of 6 years relevant full-time work experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business, or technology-centric field and a minimum of 8 years relevant full-time work experience

Relevant Work Experience Demonstrated experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data platform operations, including time spent leading technical teams, required Demonstrated experience with data modeling, data quality frameworks, and integration patterns across cloud and on-prem source systems, required Proven ability to partner across architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and enterprise governance groups to deliver operational outcomes, required Experience defining and managing operational metrics, SLAs, or KPIs for data platforms or similar technical environments, required Experience implementing data governance standards, data contracts, and observability practices on an enterprise analytics platform with integration points back to governance platforms such as Google Dataplex / Knowledge Catalog and Microsoft Purview, preferred Background in utilities, energy, or other regulated industries with exposure to compliance and data sensitivity requirements, preferred Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and/or Databricks) and the integration tooling that supports them, preferred
