BMS Engineer

" Roles and Responsibilities Technical Design and Feasibility Verify the technical design of the project at hand, ensuring it meets project requirements and specifications. Check the feasibility of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Sequence of Operation for system functionality. Collaboration and Project Coordination Work closely with project managers to write and maintain the system database. Collaborate with the preconstruction team to improve design and programming integration, ensuring seamless project execution. System Programming and Configuration Program all devices based on their operational requirements for various systems such as Quantum, Athena, and Ketra. Perform software upgrades from older versions of Quantum to ensure compatibility and updated functionality. Documentation and Floorplan Management Schedule floorplan cleanups and verify their accuracy to align with project specifications. Write Limelight databases by creating SVG drawings, ensuring proper documentation for system integration and operation. Skills and Qualification required Technical Skills Experience with PLC systems, including programming and configuration. Exposure to LMS (Lighting Management Systems), BMS (Building Management Systems), or home automation systems, or any other relevant industry experience. Knowledge of automation systems and their implementation. Proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Illustrator for design and documentation purposes. Soft Skills Strong programming skills for system development and troubleshooting. Proficient in written and spoken English, with clarity of thought for effective communication. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Other Skills Knowledge of the architectural/construction industry and commercial project processes. Relevant industry experience that supports successful execution of projects and tasks. Compensation & Benefits: Remuneration will be decided on basis of Education/ Technical Skill and Experience.
