BMS Engineer

" Roles and Responsibilities BMS design and execution & commissioning of the projects on site with overall execution targets across various sites project client sites. Qualifications & Skills: Qualifications Required: Education: BE Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronic Relevant Experience: 2-4 years Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems including Centralized HVAC systems with Chillers, Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, VFDs, Boilers, etc. Good knowledge of third-party interfaces like BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC, Ethernet etc. Basic knowledge on operation of VFDs and executed the experience on executing BMS projects independently. Knowledge of Fire Alarm System, Security and ACCESS control system will be an added advantage Experience in the PLC systems Basic knowledge of HVAC system and Electrical works Mandatory Proficient in working on Microsoft Office Excel and Word. Experience Exposure to turnkey projects and proposal for Industrial and BMS solutions BMS, design, commissioning or engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio will be an added advantage. Soft Skills: Should possess good communication skills (English - Verbal and Written) Should be a team player (worked in team of size min 5) Should appreciate importance of Standards and processes and compliance to same Should be ready to travel on short notice Ability to work under pressure. Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
