App Dev & Support Engineer II

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, HCM Modules(HCM/Absence/Talent/Helpdesk), Extract, Redwood, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, ADP, ERP, Integrations, AI Studio.

Eligibility : 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Provide L2/L3 production support, including:

Issue analysis and resolution

Root cause analysis

SR, Change, and release management support with documentation

Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including one or more of:

Core HR

Security

Absence

Talent Management

Helpdesk

Excellent Technical hands-on experience to Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using:

OTBI

BI Publisher

HCM Extracts

Fast Formula

Personalization /Redwood

Third-party systems such as ADP and Oracle ERP

Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL.

Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions.

Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans.

Work closely with Oracle Support on production issues, product bugs, and patches.

Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities.

Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies(SOX), and best practices.

Solves complex technical and functional issues independently.

Applies sound judgment by reviewing multiple sources of information.

Takes a proactive approach to improving existing solutions and processes.

Delivers stable, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
