About the role
Provide user access control and termination,as and when requested. L1 and L2 ticket handling,basic troubleshooting,and incident resolution wherever possible. Should be good at handling bridge calls. Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage. Should be flexible enough to learn new process as and when required
