ITOM/ ITSM Service Now Business Analyst (Maharashtra)

Robust expertise in two or more ServiceNow modules: - o ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) - o ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) - o ITAM / SAM - o IRM / GRC (preferred) - o HRSD / CSM (good to have) Strong scripting skills: - JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes. - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and CMDB. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
