Update knowledge on evolving development practices and try to integrate them into day- to- day operations. Engage in outside- the- box thinking to provide high value- of- service to clients. Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS (Magento/ Joomla/ WordPress) . Develop innovative, reusable web- based tools for activism and community building. WHAT WE LOOK OUT FOR High- level problem- solving abilities and logical analysis skills. Strong debugging skills and ability to quickly read and modify existing code. Strong knowledge in open- source ecommerce platform Magento and CMS like Joomla, WordPress, etc. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, XML.
