RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with project managers and team to create detailed project plans for achieving timeliness and 100% quality in each project and deliverables. Determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to clients. Update knowledge on evolving development practices and try to integrate them into day-to-day operations. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients. Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS (Magento/Joomla/WordPress). Develop innovative, reusable web-based tools for activism and community building. WHAT WE LOOK OUT FOR High-level problem-solving abilities and logical analysis skills. Strong debugging skills and ability to quickly read and modify existing code. Strong knowledge in open-source ecommerce platform Magento and CMS like Joomla, WordPress, etc. Proficient in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, XML. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
