Qualifications required for this role: - 0-2 years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in a customer-facing, analytical, or technical role. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred. - Strong customer-centric thinking, data analysis skills, and the ability to use metrics to inform product decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders. - Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear, actionable requirements. - Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding software development fundamentals. - Data-driven mindset and ability to form hypotheses and make recommendations with incomplete information. - Thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively. - Interest in AI-powered product development, including identifying use cases and partnering with engineering on LLM-powered features.
