Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the products (IAM products) installed on Unix systems. This includes monitoring UNIX (Linux/ SUSE) servers continuously and resolving any system-related issues that may occur as part of 24/7 production support. Additionally, you will handle User/Group Administration and troubleshoot and resolve complex systems hardware and software issues. You will also be required to communicate with vendors regarding unresolved issues, such as hardware failures or newly released updates. Analyzing and diagnosing system failures, recovering and restoring operating systems and file systems, as well as monitoring system availability, load, and capacity will also be part of your responsibilities.
