HIRIING: Senior Software Engineer Adobe AEP & RTCDP Location: Chennai, India Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Experience: 7 10 Years. Tech Stack: Adobe AEP, RTCDP, SQL, AJO, CJA, GCP/BigQuery, Python/JavaScript We are looking for a Senior AEP/RTCDP Software Engineer to design and drive cutting-edge customer data solutions for enterprise-level operations. Key Responsibilities Data Modeling & Architecture: Design and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies to build unified Real-Time Customer Profiles. Ingestion & Activation: Configure and manage high-volume data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) using APIs, SDKs, and source connectors. Audience Segmentation: Build dynamic audiences using AEP segmentation and activate them across various destinations. Ecosystem Integration: Seamlessly connect AEP/RTCDP with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). Data Engineering: Collaborate on complex data transformations, ensuring high data quality leveraging your ETL expertise. What We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Core Expertise: 7+ years of software design/development experience, with dedicated hands-on experience in Adobe AEP & RTCDP. Data Mastery: Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud data solutions (ideally GCP, BigQuery, or Cloud SQL). Programming & Scripting: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or Scala, plus Shell Scripting tools. Testing & DevOps: Familiarity with React, CI/CD pipelines, and testing tools like Cucumber or Selenium. Workflow Tools: Familiarity with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Cloud Workflows. Soft Skills: Strong analytical minds with excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
