The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Full-Stack development, solution architecture, Node.js, and React.js, along with experience leading technical teams and building scalable cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities Design and own end-to-end solution architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. Lead architecture discussions and define engineering standards. Design REST APIs, Microservices, and system integration solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices. Drive cloud-native application development and CI/CD implementation. Mandatory Skills Full-Stack Development Solution/Technical Architecture Node.js React.js Required Experience 10+ years of software development experience. Minimum 4 years of experience in a Technical Architect/Solution Architect role. Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js. Experience designing scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications. Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and System Integration. Experience with Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and secure application design. Experience leading development teams in Agile environments. Good to Have Healthcare domain experience. Event-driven architecture and messaging systems. Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude). Azure Certifications. .
