Job Description Japanese Bilingual D365 F&O / Power Platform Specialist Position: Japanese Bilingual D365 F&O / Power Platform Specialist Experience: 7 15 Years (Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in D365/Power Platform) Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Week Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune (Candidates willing to relocate to India from Japan or other countries are welcome) Job Summary We are looking for experienced Japanese bilingual professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Microsoft Power Platform . The ideal candidate should possess JLPT N2/N3 certification (mandatory) , excellent Japanese communication skills, and hands-on experience working with Japanese clients in technical environments. Key Responsibilities Work with Japanese clients to understand business requirements and provide technical/functional solutions. Design, develop, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Develop applications and automation using Microsoft Power Platform. Participate in end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and support activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct technical discussions with Japanese-speaking clients and business users. Required Skills Japanese Language JLPT N2 or N3 (Mandatory) Strong Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills Experience handling Japanese clients and technical discussions D365 Finance & Operations Functional and/or Technical expertise in D365 F&O End-to-end implementation experience Experience in Finance & Operations modules Support and enhancement experience Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse Custom Connectors Technical Skills (Preferred) X++ Lifecycle Services (LCS) Data Migration API Integration Workflow Customization Preferred Background Experience working with organizations such as TCS, EY, PwC, or Accenture. Candidates currently working in Japan or other countries and willing to relocate to India are encouraged to apply.
