QA Technology (good to have ): Selenium, JMeter, Galting (optional) Tools: New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SiteScope, PerfMon, MSSQL profiling, Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum of 5 years in performance testing and engineering. Protocol Knowledge : Expertise in SAP, TrueClient, DotNet , and familiarity with DevWeb (optional). Programming Languages : Proficiency in C and C# . Cloud Infrastructure : Strong experience with Azure DevOps Services and Azure Portal for computing, networking, monitoring, and logging. Performance Tools : Hands-on experience with tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SiteScope, PerfMon, and MSSQL profiling . QA Technologies : Knowledge of Selenium, JMeter , or Gatling is a plus. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web and enterprise applications. Leverage LoadRunner Protocols (SAP, TrueClient, DotNet, DevWeb) to simulate user interactions and measure system performance. Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SiteScope , and PerfMon . Utilize Azure DevOps Services and Azure Portal for managing performance testing in a cloud infrastructure environment, including computing, networking, monitoring, and logging. Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas of improvement through profiling tools like MSSQL profiling . Collaborate with developers, architects, and other QA team members to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues. Generate detailed performance test reports and provide actionable recommendations. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in performance testing and cloud technologies. Non Technical Skills: Strong individual contributor capable of working with minimal supervision. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to identify roadblocks and escalate issues when needed. Vocal and confident in driving leadership meetings and discussions.
