• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks using Python, Pytest, and Cucumber.
• Manage and execute end-to-end manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
• Act as an Xray expert , ensuring seamless integration of Xray with JIRA for efficient test case management and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor and analyze test results, providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Train and mentor QA team members on automation best practices and tools.
• Effectively communicate with US-based clients to convey test strategies, results, and quality improvements.

Required Skills and Experience: Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Python and Pytest for automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber for BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
• In-depth knowledge of Xray JIRA integration, including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks for scalable testing.
• Defect management proficiency using JIRA or similar tools.
• Knowledge of integrating test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, or similar).
• Expertise in Scrum ceremonies and execution.
