Salesforce Analytical Developer

Cab will be provided for drop 2:00 pm-11:00 pm shift

Only Immediate- LWD May 28th max can be considered

From all companies, they should have PF and strong documents

L1 will be virtual, and L2 F2F interview

Only Tamil Nadu-based profiles who can come for F2F and relocate immediately

3 ~ 5 years hand-on experience in Salesforce platform development

Minimum 2 years hand-on experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics

CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM analytics solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Implement and customize Salesforce analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).

• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Optimize analytics solutions for maximum performance and scalability.

• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce analytics.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM).

• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.

• Familiarity with SQL and other database technologies.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certification in analytics (e.g., Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
