GenAI & LLM Engineer

We are seeking a specialist dedicated to designing, testing, and optimizing agentic AI solutions and sophisticated workflows The role centres on engineering high-reliability prompts using techniques like Chain-of-Thought (CoT) and React, while building robust RAG pipelines grounded by knowledge graphs and ontologies The ideal candidate is proficient in the modern AI ecosystem, including LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere), orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS Beyond development, you will be responsible for multi-agent orchestration and implementing rigorous evaluation frameworks like HELM and RAGAS to ensure accuracy A successful hire will combine technical mastery of embeddings and fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT) with the creativity and clear writing skills necessary to drive experimentation in a fast-paced environment
