Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday)

Job Title – Senior HR Technology Analyst (Workday) Location – Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India; on-site required with some flexibility for hybrid and occasional weekend go-lives Role Type – Direct Hire Must Have Skills: 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (not just end-user tasks) Workday report building experience Experience in project administration: gathering requirements, creating test plans, and managing/executing testing Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the HR technology space On-site availability in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives Responsibilities and Job Details: Configure and maintain Workday modules to support HR business processes Build and maintain complex Workday reports to meet business reporting needs Gather and document functional requirements from HR stakeholders Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure system changes meet requirements Manage end-to-end testing processes, including user acceptance testing Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, acting as an escalation point for HR tech queries Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to support HR technology initiatives Prioritize work in a fast-moving environment with frequent reprioritization Support weekend go-lives and other off-hours deployments as needed Maintain clear documentation of system configurations and updates Participate in HR system upgrades and ensure a smooth implementation process Provide guidance to junior team members and share best practices within the team
