About the role
As an Actuarial Analyst in the NBFC industry, your role will involve developing pricing models to inform business decisions and contributing to the development of new pricing approaches and techniques. You will also have the opportunity to assist in coaching and developing team members, engage with senior executives globally, and utilize advanced actuarial methods. Your responsibilities will include handling Insurance Premium modeling, Trend projections, Elasticity analysis, project delivery, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop pricing models to support business decisions - Contribute to the development of new pricing approaches and techniques - Assist in coaching and developing team members - Handle Insurance Premium modeling, Trend projections, Elasticity analysis, project delivery, and process improvements - Engage with senior executives globally and utilize advanced actuarial methods Qualifications Required: - Experience in General Insurance Actuarial work, with specific expertise in pricing and GLM modeling - Strong technical and analytical background - Exposure to EMBLEM is an advantage - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrate the right attitude, appetite, and mindset for learning and growth In addition to the outlined responsibilities and qualifications, this position is within the BFSI department under the Investments & Trading category. It is a full-time, permanent role in the General Insurance role category. The preferred key skills for this role include Pricing and General Insurance Actuarial knowledge.
