Java Backend Lead

Role Overview: You will be a Java Backend Lead with a focus on Spring Boot, microservices, and Java 9+. Your role will involve developing and enhancing backend services, building RESTful APIs, performing unit testing and bug fixing, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications. - Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and deployment support activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams within an agile environment. - Follow engineering standards, security practices, and coding guidelines. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of total experience with strong hands-on Java development expertise. - Strong experience in Java 9+, Collections, Exception Handling, and Concurrency Basics. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Spring Boot/Spring Framework. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture. - Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, cloud applications, or event-driven architecture is preferred.
