Responsibilities - Create, maintain, and optimize datasets, tables, and reporting structures within BigQuery. - Support migration of data assets from Hive and Presto environments to GCP BigQuery. - Convert, validate, and reconcile SQL logic between legacy and cloud platforms. - Build, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions. - Support Tableau migration activities, including dashboard validation, testing, and deployment. - Monitor data ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot data quality or performance issues. - Coordinate with Data Engineering teams to resolve production incidents and ingestion failures. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and regression testing to ensure reporting accuracy. Requirements - 2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics Support, or Data Engineering roles. - Strong SQL expertise with hands-on experience in BigQuery and exposure to Hive or Presto environments. - Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery. - Hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development, enhancement, and maintenance. - Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes. - Experience supporting production reporting environments and analytics platforms. Preferred Skills - Experience working with Freight & Logistics datasets and business processes. - Exposure to GTM (Go-To-Market) analytics and reporting. - Basic Python knowledge for automation and data processing tasks. - Experience with Airflow or workflow orchestration tools. - Prior exposure to Tableau migration projects. - Knowledge of BigQuery performance optimization and query tuning.
