Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 56 data professionals, ensuring high performance and delivery quality. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful project delivery. Define project timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks. Review and approve technical deliverables ensuring adherence to best practices. Design and implement data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory and other cloud technologies. Develop data warehouse solutions and complex semantic models. Create impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau. Implement data governance standards including row-level security. Establish and drive technical standards, frameworks, and best practices. Lead client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions. Manage stakeholder relationships, expectations, and project scope. Identify project risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place. Ensure overall client satisfaction and high-quality delivery. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in data analytics and BI, including at least 2 years in a team management role. Strong expertise in SQL and data modelling with proven experience designing and implementing data warehouse solutions. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, including strong knowledge of DAX. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure Data Factory. Experience working with data analytics, statistical techniques, and data management practices. Working knowledge of Python for data analysis is an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Power BI and Azure certifications (Data Engineer/Solution Architect) are a plus.
