Roles and Responsibilities : Design and develop structural designs for various projects using STAAD Pro software. Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Prepare detailed reports on design specifications, construction methods, and quality control measures. Job Requirements : 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering or related field. Proficiency in STAAD Pro software for structural design and analysis. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
