About the role
Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment, instruments, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. Develop and implement quality control plans for new projects, including testing procedures and protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in existing processes and implement changes as needed. Analyze data from testing results to determine product reliability, performance, and conformity to specifications. Job Requirements : 3-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of electricals, including electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and utilization. Proven track record of developing effective quality control plans and implementing successful testing programs.
