IT Infrastructure Team Leader

About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Team Leader to oversee our network, firewall, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our hybrid IT landscape spanning on-premises data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise network systems.The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, driving both operational excellence and continuous improvement in infrastructure performance and security posture.Note: 1 year has to work in Saudi Required Skills and Experience 5 to 8 years of total IT infrastructure experience, with at least 23 years in a team leadership capacity. Strong expertise in firewall and network administration, including Fortinet, Cisco, or Palo Alto platforms. Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or equivalent cloud platforms. Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), operating systems (Windows & Linux), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, etc.). Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, and infrastructure lifecycle governance.
