About the role
As a Customer Support Engineer in the Embedded department, your role will involve providing technical assistance to customers, diagnosing issues, resolving product-related problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. - Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers. - Reproduce customer-reported problems and identify root causes. - Escalate complex issues to engineering or development teams when necessary. - Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. - Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and upgrades. - Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and technical documentation. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and quality assurance teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. - Provide training and guidance to customers on product features and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or BE in Electronics. - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. - Hands-on experience with embedded systems. - Willingness to travel on-site for work. Please note that the salary for this position ranges from 20,000.00 to 40,000.00 per month, and the work location is in person.
