About the role
As a Resident Support Engineer at Talegaon Toll Plaza, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining the Toll Management System (TMS) and computer networks. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and maintaining Toll Management System (TMS) and traffic control equipment at Toll Plaza - Monitoring and reporting on CCH (Central Clearing House) Fastag system - Troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software faults in coordination with the HO Support team - Updating online data on web portals like Google Spread Sheet - Troubleshooting and maintaining TMS equipment such as Toll Lane controller, Traffic lights, RFID readers, desktop computers & server, OHCS, UFD (User Fare Display), Boom Barriers, AVC (Automatic Vehicle Classification) - Installing and commissioning Computer hardware and networking equipment - Good verbal and written communication skills in English or Local Language - Proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of Toll Plaza Technical Support experience. You should also have knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and electronics/electrical equipment installation and commissioning. Please note that the work location for this role is in person at Talegaon Toll Plaza.
