Application Support Analyst

As a member of the application support team at Crypto.com, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the operation and administration of the Exchange and Clearing Organization. Your responsibilities will involve providing expert level remote management, administration, and support for the Production and Demo trading exchange, ensuring system availability, application stability, and performance tuning. You will also be involved in version upgrades, daily operational processing monitoring, and support, as well as assisting with problem support and resolution. Additionally, you will participate in contract scheduling and settlement of expired contracts, and contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of services. Furthermore, you will be required to assist with the investigation, implementation, and operation of 3rd party tools to streamline service delivery. Responsibilities: - Provide expert level remote management, administration, and support for the Production and Demo trading exchange - Ensure system availability, application stability, and performance tuning - Conduct version upgrades and daily operational processing monitoring and support - Assist with problem support and resolution, contract scheduling, and settlement of expired contracts - Participate in the development and continuous process improvement for the services - Investigate, implement, and operate 3rd party tools to enhance service delivery Requirements: - Work a 4-day schedule with 3 days off, including weekend coverage and night shifts on a rotational basis - Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment with 12-hour shifts in rotation - During the training period, work in US dayshift hours (8:00am-5:00pm CST) - Desirable Skills include attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial services or trading system applications At Crypto.com, you will have the opportunity to work in a transformational and proactive environment, where your growth is encouraged and supported.
