Position: SAP ECC Payroll & Time Management Consultant Client: LTIMindtree Location: PAN India Work Mode: Hybrid Experience: 7 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Up to 15 Days Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC Payroll & Time Management Consultant to support payroll transformation initiatives, payroll implementations, testing, and ongoing payroll operations. The consultant will work closely with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure successful payroll delivery across multiple geographies, particularly India and Japan. Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Solution & Vendor Management Collaborate with payroll vendors to establish and support recent legal entities. Support end-to-end payroll implementations and payroll system cloning activities. Ensure payroll requirements are accurately translated into system solutions. Review payroll blueprints and validate compliance with country-specific payroll regulations. Business Analysis & Process Design Gather country-specific payroll requirements. Convert business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Apply payroll best practices and global standards. Support payroll process modelling using Signavio, ARIS, and Visio. Payroll Testing & Validation Create comprehensive payroll test scenarios and test scripts. Define expected outputs and acceptance criteria. Execute payroll testing cycles and support defect resolution. Participate in: SIT UAT Parallel Payroll Runs Cutover Go-Live Hypercare Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with: HR Teams Finance Teams Payroll Vendors Technical Teams Support integrations involving: Payroll Time Management General Ledger Banking Interfaces HR Systems Support & Issue Resolution Act as SME for payroll-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions. Support steady-state payroll operations and enhancements. Monitor payroll process compliance and audit readiness.
