About the role
Job Summary The PLC Programmer / Embedded Systems Engineer will design, develop, program, and commission electronic control systems for arcade games and interactive attractions. The role includes PLC programming, embedded firmware development, motor control, audio integration, lighting effects, sensors, safety logic, and machine automation. Key Responsibilities Develop PLC logic for arcade machines. Develop embedded firmware using microcontrollers. Program game logic. Design machine sequencing. Integrate: LED Lighting RGB Effects Audio Systems Sensors Motors Pneumatics Actuators Program timers, counters, scoring systems and game logic. Develop communication between controllers and HMIs. Configure VFDs and Servo Drives where required. Develop fault diagnostics. Support prototype development. Troubleshoot field issues. Create wiring diagrams and documentation. Work closely with Mechanical and Electronics teams. Required Skills PLC Programming Siemens Delta Mitsubishi Allen Bradley (preferred) Embedded C/C++ Arduino / STM32 / ESP32 RS485 Modbus CAN UART Motor Controls Sensor Integration Audio Systems RGB LED Programming Electrical Schematics HMI Development Preferred Qualifications B.E./B.Tech – Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation. 3–8 years of experience. Experience in machine automation, gaming systems or industrial equipment preferred.
