About the role
You will be working in a Technical Chat Support role at Movate technologies, located at Ambattur Movate Ambit IT Park in Ambattur, Chennai. Your main responsibilities will include: - Handling live chat efficiently and managing high volumes of calls - Having hands-on experience in managing high volumes simultaneously - Being flexible to work in rotational night shifts The minimum requirement for this role is 1 year of experience in Technical Support and any bachelor's degree. In addition, if you are relocating from an outstation location, the company will provide 15 days of accommodation. Medical insurance will also be provided to all employees.
