Job Summary
Defines the product vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends; Leads the end-to-end lifecycle of a complex, high-impact product. Drives business outcomes and continuous improvement leveraging financial insights, team metrics, KPIs and inspiring teams to achieve excellence. Accountable for maximizing product value. Act as the voice of the customer in planning sessions and related events.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap; lead the teams in delivering solutions oriented around business impact ensuring it supports business goals and representing the voice of the customer. Conducts market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform product decisions, define personas and their pain points ensuring these insights inform product requirements and solution development. Technical understanding of the scope of enabler work; Collaborates with Enterprise and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technology enablers. Shape product backlog with clearly defined and prioritized user stories, defects, enablers and acceptance criteria, ensuring ongoing alignment with evolving business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Accepts user stories as done, including validation of the stories meeting acceptance criteria; has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD). Drive user acceptance testing and ensure features meet business and quality standards before release. Partner with the Scrum Master/s and Agile Coach/s to drive continuous improvement. In partnership with InfoSec / legal teams, ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy. Participate in release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders; Actively participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events as the voice of the customer. Define and track key team performance metrics, KPIs and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Work closely with business owners and other stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, roadmap and establish the products’ business value, support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary. Financially responsible for the product – ensures the product investments are successful throughout product lifecycle. Responsible for people management including work plan development, performance management, and people development. Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, team management.

Writes metrics instrumentation for engineering implementation. Consistently uses data to guide product decision-making. Product/Service requirements and wireframing - Incrementally evolve a product through iterative agile processes to achieve fit for user needs. Create a Product Requirements Document of the product to capture requirements, work with UI/UX to define wireframes Technical execution - Collaborate with technology experts and team members to deliver valuable and feasible solutions, through coordinated release cadences. Write user stories, lead sprint planning and prioritization, backlog refinement, standup, etc., answer product questions, and make tradeoff decisions. May weigh in on architecture or design tradeoff decisions. Business Risk Management - Manage risk, engage others (e.g., security, regulatory, privacy, legal) to align on outcomes / business needs Driving Effective Outcomes - Takes ownership and initiates action to deliver high-impact results. Plans effectively, navigates ambiguity, adapts to change, and drives progress through thoughtful decision-making and execution. Diagnoses, prioritizes and resolves issues with urgency to drive momentum and progress on objectives. Demonstrates accountability and follow through to ensure results. Product Manager/Agile Product Manager certification preferred. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: 4–6 years of experience in product management or a related role. Significant experience in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attend product team ceremonies preferred. Experience in managing systems and tools to enable user interactions and collaboration. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams. Experience in leading a product development lifecycle using design thinking techniques preferred.
