AI-ML Engineer

Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4+ years of handson experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, working with large datasets, and leveraging modern AI frameworks to deliver scalable, realworld solutions. Candidates should have a solid foundation in Python, ML algorithms, and experience with tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms, along with a passion for innovation in AIdriven products. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AIpowered voicebots for inbound and outbound calling use cases Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LLMs and external tool integrations Integrate SpeechtoText (STT) and TexttoSpeech (TTS) systems for realtime voice interactions Develop multistep reasoning pipelines using frameworks like Lang Chain Implement context management, memory, and conversational state handling Optimize LLM prompts for accuracy, latency, and token efficiency Build and expose REST/MCP APIs for AI service integration Ensure scalability, monitoring, and observability of AI pipelines. Skill Set Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, opensource models, etc.) and deployment on GPU servers. Handson experience with Lang Chain or similar frameworks (Llama Index, Haystack) Solid understanding of: Agentic workflows RAG (RetrievalAugmented Generation) pipelines Expertise in prompt engineering and evaluation techniques Handson experience with Docker and Kubernetes Understanding of GPUbased inference and optimization (nice to have) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure). .
