Network Manager (IT)

As a Manager/Assistant Manager in ISP/Broadband Operations at Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd., your role involves leading and managing the ISP core network, FTTH operations, NOC, and support ecosystem for SITI Network. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security of the broadband network while coordinating with LCOs, FTTH partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage ISP core network architecture including BGP, MPLS, OSPF, and routing policies. - Ensure high availability (99.9%+) and redundancy across network layers. - Manage IP addressing, sub-netting, routing optimization, and traffic engineering. - Oversee data center connectivity, upstream providers, peering, and IX integrations. - Manage and optimize BNG infrastructure for subscriber management. - Lead 24x7 NOC operations and incident management. - Define and implement SOPs, SLAs, escalation matrix. - Monitor network health using tools like Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios. - Manage FTTH network rollout and operations (GPON/EPON). - Ensure seamless integration of OLT/ONT devices and Access and aggregation networks. - Manage BNG/BRAS functions including subscriber authentication, policy enforcement, bandwidth control, and QoS. - Handle partner and vendor management including LCOs, FTTH partners, and upstream bandwidth providers. - Oversee L1/L2/L3 support teams and drive improvements in customer experience and service delivery. - Implement network security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Generate reports on network uptime, bandwidth usage, incident trends, and plan capacity upgrades. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E./MCA in Computer Science/IT/Electronics. - Certifications preferred: CCNP/CCIE/NCIP/JNCIE, Network Security certifications. - 812 years of experience in ISP/Telecom/Broadband domain. - Minimum 35 years in a leadership role managing core routing infrastructure, switching networks, and BNG/BRAS platforms.
