About the role
Job Title: Robotics Engineer Location: Bengaluru - Vadodara India (Hybrid) Employment Type: 12+ Months CTH Key Responsibilities: Job Description:- Education Qualification : BE/ B.Tech. • 5-9 years of experience in BIW Robotic simulation. • Experience on Robotic simulation in Automotive manufacturing process. • Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA & ABB robots and other robots will be an added advantage. • Experience on layout optimization. • Experience on manufacturing processes like spot welding, riveting, Adhesive & Sealing, Stud welding, and material handling. • Experience on Arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, screwing will be an added advantage. • Experience identifying tools/equipment/mockups preparations for above manufacturing processes. • Experience on Fixture, tool & Gun Kinematics. • Experience on Tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, robot path preparation. • Must have good communication skills & team player. Should be flexible and able to manage complexity. • Awareness on RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis & optimization will be an added advantage. • Software Skills must have: Dassault Delmia V5 • Software Skills good to have: 3DX
