ServiceNow Practice Lead

Cyntexa is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Lead to head our ServiceNow team and drive the growth of our platform across the organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB, along with strong technical skills and leadership capabilities. In this role, youll not only be responsible for building and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions but the ideal candidate will be playing a strategic role in guiding our ServiceNow practice, helping define standards, drive platform governance, and support the scaling of ServiceNow solutions across the organization.
