Technical Analyst

Educational Qualification Master s or Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science or any relevant field. Extensive experience in technical analysis in a related field. Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions. Business acumen in order to better understand the needs of the clients and cater effectively. Key Responsibilities Building, designing, examining, and implementing a structured IT system/application. Meeting with and building relationships with stakeholders in order to understand and meet their requirements. Research and prepare for new technology (something that is new to Cyntexa) if the client mentioned in the requirement. Eliciting requirements using interviews with stakeholders, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, business scenarios, task and overflow analysis and reverse engineering. Develop an architectural solution that aligns with the client s requirements and propose potential improvements Assist the seniors with pre-sales calls to get exposure and client-handling experience. Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing IT projects Running tests or investigations on system or application issues and being able to provide solutions within a timely manner Creating reports to share with stakeholders and senior-level employees Communicating with various teams including Developers and IT Managers in order to build and implement technology solutions Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments. Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations. Utilize the defined time estimation technique to prepare estimates for project requirements. POC creation, review and ownership. Conduct and facilitate standup meetings for the development team to resolve issues that the team members are facing in their work. Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture. Being aware of the latest technology trends and developments Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical teams. Develop and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using new systems, applications, or features.
