The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in solution architecture, integration frameworks, and automation platforms, along with strong leadership capabilities to drive large-scale transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Architecture Governance Define and enforce Hyperautomation architecture standards & best practices Conduct architecture reviews across automation and integration projects Ensure scalability, consistency, and sustainability Governance & Compliance Establish governance frameworks and processes Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards Perform audits and architectural reviews Solution Leadership Lead end-to-end architecture design and delivery of automation solutions Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability Drive innovation in IPA and RPA solutions Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences Influence senior-level decision-making Mentorship & Team Development Mentor architects and team members Promote continuous learning and innovation Drive knowledge sharing culture Technical Skills Must Have Strong expertise in Hyperautomation (IPA/RPA) Experience with RPA tools: UiPath Automation Anywhere Microsoft Power Automate Experience in enterprise solution architecture & integration design Hands-on knowledge of: API integrations Microservices architecture Cloud-based architectures Strong understanding of architecture governance & compliance Experience delivering large-scale automation solutions Nice to Have Exposure to cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform Knowledge of Process Mining / Task Mining tools Experience with: DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines Docker / Kubernetes Certifications in RPA or Cloud technologies Experience in Agile / SAFe environments Exposure to AI/ML-based automation & Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work independently and in teams After you submit your application, our team will evaluate your profile and get back to you with an update. .
